On Thursday, 3rd class went to Waterworld for their school tour. The entire complex has had a revamp and now looks fantastic-so bright and modern. The children were very excited. While some had been there before, many had not. The enjoyed the wave pool and slides including Whizzer, Gravity, Twister, the Multi Lane slider, The Aqua Blue Slider as well as The Pirate Ship. After two hours of sliding, swimming and splashing, they exited to water to get showered and dressed in the new facilities. The class then walked up to the Galley Restaurant where a delicious hot meal awaited them. They devoured the food as they were starving. They returned to school shortly before 3pm, all tired after a very enjoyable outing.
