Halloween assembly.
We had our Halloween assembly today led by Ms Coggins.
She began by welcoming all present and spoke about the origins and history of Oíche Shamhna/Halloween.
Ms Coggins also had words of praise for the children who qualified for and ran in the recent Connacht Primary Schools Athletics Finals in Galway.
Our hurlers who were also involved in games recently were given a bualadh bos. Maith sibh.
The pupils in our Student Council were thanked next for their work in organising and running a very successful Maths Week 2025.
All our classes then performed their pieces brilliantly.
From the first timers of Junior Infants to the stage veterans of 6th class we were treated to a wide variety of singing/recital and dancing.
The assembly concluded with Ms Coggins wishing everyone a safe and enjoyable Halloween.
