As part of SPHE and Well Being, 3rd class are learning all about the importance of a healthy life style and healthy eating. This involves class discussions, looking at the Food Pyramind and looking at how we can improve our diet with small  changes. As part of this, the children baked brown scones today at school. They realised that it was not difficult to make them and they also enjoyed using a variety of cutters to make different shaped scones. Of course the highlight was tasting them, fresh out of the oven with most children opting for a little bit of butter. A huge thanks to Kate and our TY students Brandon and Hope.
