Today is one of the best days in our school year. Imagine getting the chance to come to school dressed in your pyjamas and enjoy a delicious breakfast of pancakes. It’s happening here in Rathcormac NS today. We are so lucky to have a fantastic Parents Association who are all busy serving the children with lots of pancakes and a feast of toppings . Thank you to all the parents who sent in the pancakes, large variety of fruit,sauces, whipped cream and toppings. We appreciate your support and your time.
This is the first Pancake Tuesday for our Junior Infants. They loved it !
