We had great excitement all week in the run up to the Student Council elections . Each year a boy and girl are elected to represent classes from Third to Sixth. They buddy with our Junior classes ensuring their views are heard within the school. We had a spectacular array of election posters and some very inspirational speakers delivering very well written speeches. Congratulations to our 10 newly elected Student Council members. They have some amazing ideas . Mrs Connell presented them with their Student Council badge on Friday. She congratulated them on their election success and said is looking forward to working with them on a variety of projects this year. Well done to Jessica, Liam, Joseph, Luci, Rory, Ellie, Danny ,Niamh, Cillian and Lanah.
