Super Smoothies in Sixth Class

6th class recently enjoyed a visit from Connacht Rugby Nutritionist Emma Brennan. Emma spoke to the class about healthy eating and encouraged all pupils to add an extra food group to their meals. Since our visit we have been inspired to include more fruit and veg into our diet and we decided to make our very own smoothies in class.

We all agreed the smoothies tasted fantastic and we had a lot of fun making them.
