Wellbeing- 4th class.

Excellent presentation and workshop on Tuesday as 4th class learned some really important lifeskills.

We learned how to ‘flip our thoughts’ and reframe what we may be feeling or saying.

We learned also of the importance of using ‘YET’ during challenging moments which can help us persevere and grow.

 Finally we chatted about empathy and we even had time to have a little chocolate button!
